Operating on enterprise cloud and data platforms, the solution requires careful alignment across business, clinical, technical, and regulatory domains. The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in defining, validating, and managing requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and supporting successful delivery across discovery, build, validation, and release phases.

  • Proven requirements elicitation and management in regulated domains (healthcare, pharma, medical devices, finance)
  • Skilled at BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases; process modeling (BPMN, UML)
  • Comfortable with data-centric projects and enterprise integrations (e.g. awareness of Azure/Databricks, no coding required)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management across multi-geo teams
  • Preferred: experience with AI safety, patient-facing apps, or digital health
  • English: fluent (B2+) spoken and written; all communication and documentation in English.
  • Comfortable with regular overlap with US time zones for meetings.

Nice to have:

  • Lead workshops and interviews to elicit business, clinical, and regulatory requirements
  • Translate needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications for AI-enabled solutions
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining the backlog: define, refine, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories with PO and Architect
  • Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and change-control log aligned to ISO 13485/14971
  • Collaborate with the AI Architect to validate feasibility, scope alignment, and compliance
  • Define KPIs and success metrics; align reporting needs for AI features and workflows
  • Document as-is and to-be processes; identify gaps, risks, and automation or AI opportunities
  • Phase 1 (Discovery/Research): capture stakeholder and system data-readiness summary (sources, access, constraints), requirements, and compliance considerations
  • Phase 2 (Build/Development): validate feature implementation vs. acceptance criteria; support integration testing outcomes
  • Later phases: support UAT planning and execution, audit documentation, and regulatory submission preparation
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across executives, clinical advisors, regulatory teams, and delivery squads
