Full Stack Software Engineer (Flutter/PHP)

About our client:

Our client is a fast-growing startup focused on optimizing energy and transportation systems. The team brings together engineers and product professionals with backgrounds in companies such as BMW and IBM. Working closely with partners across several European countries, they develop practical and scalable solutions that shape the future of mobility and energy.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Willingness to learn new technologies and take initiative
• Proficiency in Flutter, PHP, MySQL, HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of Node.js, Docker, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Typescript, or React is an advantage
• Understanding of both front-end and back-end development principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, written and spoken
• Fluency in English and German
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Experience in presenting technical products or solutions to stakeholders
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to Germany (Munich) or Austria for meetings with clients and partners

Nice to have:

• Experience with DevOps or MLOps

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web, mobile, and cloud applications
• Collaborate with the product manager to understand requirements and deliver high-quality user experiences
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability
• Present developed products to stakeholders and address feedback
• Stay informed about new technologies and apply them to improve products and processes
