Now they’re seeking a communications partner — a Communications Manager who can combine strategy, creativity, and charisma.

Your mission

Build and execute the company’s communication strategy together with the founders.
Shape and elevate the public image of the brand and its leaders.
Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns — from ideas to key visuals, teasers, and presentation materials.
Lead the SMM team and keep the content pulse alive.
Oversee the company’s public perception and media presence.
Coordinate PR activities, events, and partnerships.
Prepare founders for key conferences, panels, and industry appearances.
Create visual and presentation materials that speak without words.
Promote Ukrainian and international projects that carry real cultural weight.

What you’ll achieve

Build a strong and globally recognized brand for Ukrainian creative production.

Craft communications that don’t just tell stories — they set the tone.

What makes you the right fit

3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand management (ideally with both Ukrainian and European exposure).
Excellent sense of aesthetics — both visual and contextual.
Deep understanding of media, culture, and audience psychology.
Fluent English (B2+), confident in public communication.
Energy, adaptability, and the ambition to grow with a brand that has a mission.
