– Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and developers to ensure mutual understanding of business needs
– Support the team in test planning and execution activities
– Validate system deliverables against requirements and business processes
– Contribute to establishing and continuously improving processes, tools, and working methods

– Solid understanding of insurance processes, particularly in claims
– Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to Have:

– Understanding of test automation or QA strategy development
– Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Postman
– Previous consulting experience or work in distributed teams
– Nordic experience (Swedish/Finnish) is highly valuable, as insurance processes differ between countries
Other requirements:
– Analytical and structured
– Quality-focused with strong attention to detail
– Collaborative and communicative
– Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative
– Ability to switch between technical and business perspectives
