DevOps Engineer

Role Overview: We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer with Azure expertise to ensure smooth release management, process consistency, and reliable zero-downtime deployments across environments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Functions, WebJobs, Service Bus, Event Hub, Virtual Machines, App Insights, etc.)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency in Docker and Containers
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, orCloudFormation)
• Familiarity with Release Management and deployment automation strategies
• Strong understanding of monitoring tools (Application Insights, Grafana,Prometheus)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach and guide teams onDevOps best practices
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have:

• Experience acting as a DevOps Tech Lead
• Proven ability to define, document, and enforce CI/CD and Release processes across multiple teams

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Configure and optimize Azure App Services, Functions, and related cloud resources
• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards with Terraform, Bicep
• Lead the RACI framework implementation to improve accountability and clarity
• Establish and continuously improve DevOps processes across development teams
• Coach and mentor development and cross-functional teams on following CI/CD, IaC, and release best practices
• Design Release Management processes and ensure smooth, well-documented deployments
• Implement advanced deployment strategies such as Blue-Green Deployments, Staging Environments, and Zero-Downtime Deployments
• Build a developer self-service portal to simplify environment provisioning and deployments
• Automate environment refresh and improve platform stability
