As our Web division continues to grow, we are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Billing Manager to help us optimize billing strategies, implement scalable processes, and bring strong expertise to the team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize billing processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with the company’s financial goals and operational needs.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and implement anti-fraud measures to reduce chargeback rates and financial risks.
  • Drive product initiatives in the payment space, including approval rate optimization, refund rate management, and implementation of new monetization logic.
  • Analyze billing data and track key metrics to identify payment declines, generate insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Work closely with Finance, Product, and Development teams to ensure billing flows support overall business goals.
  • Proactively identify and resolve billing-related issues to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing billing and payment products in B2C companies with a subscription-based model.
  • Proven track record in launching and maintaining new payment methods.
  • Strong A/B testing skills to assess and optimize new payment solutions.
  • Deep understanding of global payment systems such as Stripe, PayPal, etc., with a focus on transaction reliability and stability.
  • Experience handling payment disputes and developing effective strategies for resolution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while aligning payment workflows with overall business strategy.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Experience obtaining Merchant IDs in Tier-1 markets or working with those regions.
  • Business development skills: negotiating with payment providers, optimizing billing strategies to support business growth.
