We are seeking a HubSpot Administrator with a strong Application Support engineering mindset to join our growing team. The role combines hands-on HubSpot platform ownership with broader SaaS administration and automation responsibilities. You will play a key role in configuring CRM processes, supporting business teams, and driving operational efficiency through workflows, integrations, and scalable system design.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain HubSpot workflows, automations, and lifecycle processes
- Implement and support lead scoring models (behavioral, demographic, product-based)
- Configure standard and custom objects, including schema design and relationships
- Build and maintain dynamic lists for segmentation, campaigns, and operational processes
- Support Sales Hub and Marketing Hub configuration (pipelines, deal automation, permissions, forecasting, campaign setup, email automation, attribution tracking)
- Configure forms, automation triggers, marketing campaigns, and internal process flows
- Monitor platform health, data quality, and user feedback
- Design, build, and maintain integrations using APIs and middleware (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
- Maintain application configuration, access management, and change documentation
- Ensure effective license management and cost optimization aligned with business needs
- Monitor license utilization, recommend adjustments, and support budget planning
- Evaluate vendor updates and coordinate feature releases with stakeholders
- Identify recurring issues and propose automation or process improvements
- Conduct onboarding and knowledge-sharing sessions for end-users
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HubSpot administration, application administration, or business systems roles, proven experience configuring HubSpot workflows and automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
- Experience working with lead scoring (types, logic, business use cases)
- Experience with SaaS integrations via API or middleware tools
- Understanding of SaaS administration, access management, and workflow automation
- Familiarity with ITSM / ITIL practices
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Understanding of access control, SSO, and identity management
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience with Atlassian ecosystem (Jira / Confluence)
- Experience administering IAM, HRIS, PSA, ERP, or Finance platforms
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and BI tools
- Ability to write scripts for API interactions or automation enhancement
