From a single online dashboard accessible through a browser, users can dispatch service and installation personnel, schedule and track client visits, manage calendars, add contacts and companies, make sales, collect payments, sign contracts, set up subscriptions, and organize daily tasks — all from one place, on desktop, tablet, or smartphone.

We are looking for a Laravel Backend Developer who is strong in PHP/Laravel and interested in growing further toward a Full Stack role over time. Experience with React.js is a strong plus, but it is not required. What matters most is readiness and motivation to develop in that direction.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend functionality using PHP and Laravel
• Design and improve APIs, business logic, and database interactions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in architecture and code quality discussions
• Contribute to system stability, performance, and maintainability
• Work closely with frontend developers and gradually expand into Full Stack responsibilities

Technical requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience with PHP and Laravel
• Strong knowledge of MySQL
• Understanding of software design patterns and principles such as KISS and SOLID
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Good understanding of backend architecture, integrations, and performance considerations
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Will be a plus

• Basic or intermediate knowledge of React.js
• Understanding of JavaScript, DOM manipulation, event handling, data structures, algorithms, and JSX
• Familiarity with React fundamentals, such as Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, and common workflows like Redux
• Interest in growing into a full-stack developer role over time

Interview process

• Prescreening call with recruiter: 30 minutes
• Live coding tech interview: 1,5 hours
• Interview with CEO: 30 minutes
