We are seeking a motivated People Partner to join our team full-time.
- Conducting 1:1 meetings with the entire team, being responsive to the feedback, acting upon problems and communicating them with TL/PM. Keeping a neat, organized data base of the outcome.
- Daily interactions and taking care of all processes/schemes for remote employees.
- Facilitating and conducting employee engagement surveys and analyzing the results to develop action plans
- Conduct competitors/market analysis of Employee Benefits with suggestion on improvements
- Developing and budgeting event plans
- Establishing an efficient and up to date database in SyneboHome
- Improving everyday workflow with bringing fresh ideas about HR procedures and processes, structuring and describing the processes of People management in the company
- Support HR team with organizational changes
- New employee onboarding, adaptation period and tracking general moods in the company.
- Being involved in ‘’internal marketing’’ — creating fun greeting cards,creative events, sport activities, theme parties and team integration ideas, newsletters, making company announcements more interesting (online/offline)
- Tracking employee attendance during company events
- Payment control and communication with different vendors (English, Polish teachers, Yoga studio etc)
- Improving corporate culture during the remote working model
- 1 years of experience in an HR role
- Experience in developing and taking charge in onboarding/adaptation/career development programs.
- Work experience in a company of 50 + people.
- Strong proactiveness, never being afraid of proposing new ideas and solutions.
- Open-mindedness, bringing in innovative ideas.
- Ability to work equally productively both independently and in a team;
- English level not lower than B1.
