DEKOM, an international company, is looking for a Sales Manager to work with our B2B clients in the US. This role focuses on managing and expanding our customer base, handling inbound inquiries, and providing clients with tailored solutions based on their needs. The position does not require prior technical knowledge but includes company-paid certification on our products to ensure a deep understanding of our offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with B2B clients, ensuring long-term cooperation.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and guide potential customers through the sales process.
  • Maintain and expand the existing client database.
  • Conduct product presentations and consultations based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the company's product offerings.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or other client-facing roles
  • Technical mindset with the ability to understand and clearly explain software or hardware solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Ability to quickly learn and successfully pass company-provided product certifications
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to work aligned with US business hours and effectively communicate across time zones

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Background in IT sales, technical support, or customer support within tech companies
  • Experience working with US-based clients or in international environmentsUkrainian and Russian — working proficiency
