Senior UI/UX Designer (Product experience)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer  to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities:

• Help build, develop, and extend the design system (components, patterns, documentation)
• Contribute to the transformation from the current design system to a new one aligned with rebranding
• Define and manage design tokens, variables, and theming
• Design and spec complex, reusable components for web applications
• Design new features and screens, ensuring they align with and feed back into the design system
• Collaborate closely with engineers on implementation and handoff
• Ensure consistency and quality across all product surfaces

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design (deep expertise in web application design,not marketing websites)
• Strong, proven experience building and scaling design systems
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma(components, auto-layout, variables, libraries), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Proficiency in design tokens, variables, and theming systems
• Understanding of complex components, states, variants, and edge cases
• Familiarity with getting from Figma to React or React Native components.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field UI/UX design, graphic design, HCI, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
