We are looking for an AI-Driven Automation Specialist to help us design and implement smart automation solutions for internal processes and client needs. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to combine AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, and business logic to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and build scalable workflows.
This role sits at the intersection of automation, AI, and practical business use cases — from optimizing repetitive internal processes to contributing to the development of new service offerings for clients.
What you’ll do
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using AI-powered tools
- Design and implement workflows that automate repetitive and operational tasks
- Integrate AI solutions with platforms such as email, calendars, CRM systems, databases, ATSs, and other business tools
- Work with APIs, webhooks, connectors, and no-code/low-code tools to build end-to-end automations
- Develop and test AI-assisted workflows for various business functions, including recruitment, marketing, operations, and delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical automation solutions
- Participate in discovery discussions and help assess which automation ideas are worth implementing
- Document implemented solutions and provide recommendations for further optimization
What we’re looking for
- Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-based solutions, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
- Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and system connectivity
- Ability to translate business needs into automation logic and technical workflows
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, CRM systems, ATSs, project management tools, or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas in a clear and simple way
- Ability to work independently, quickly explore new tools, and test ideas in practice
- English level sufficient for working with documentation, tools, and client-facing communication
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting in JavaScript or Python
- Experience automating processes in recruitment, marketing, operations, or other customer-facing teams
- Understanding of prompt design and AI workflow optimization
- Experience participating in presales, consulting, or solution discovery
- Familiarity with data privacy and access management when working with connected systems
- Experience building AI agents or internal productivity assistants
Why you’ll enjoy working with us
- You’ll work on practical automation initiatives with real impact rather than abstract experiments
- You’ll have the space to test ideas, influence solutions, and help shape a new direction within the company
- You’ll collaborate across teams and see how your work directly improves day-to-day processes
- You’ll become part of a company that is actively exploring how AI can create real business value
- You’ll have the opportunity to contribute both to internal improvements and to future client-facing services
If you’re excited about using AI not just as a trend, but as a practical tool for solving real business challenges, we’d love to hear from you. Join us to help build smart automation solutions, improve internal processes, and contribute to creating new value for our clients.
