Lead Account Manager

We are searching for an experienced Account Manager Lead to join our company.

Your goal will be to be a proactive leader of the account managers team, hire and mentor, align the personal growth of your team members with the company strategy, and help with troubleshooting critical high-priority issues on various projects.

🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

⦿ Developing trustful long-term relationships with our clients
⦿ Clearly communicate to the clients and address their concerns and resolve any conflicts that might arise
⦿ Identifying client’s needs and making valuable offers
⦿ Creating and presenting proposals
⦿ Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing clients
⦿ Legal papers review and preparation with necessary assistance from the Legal team
⦿ Collaborating with CTO, SM, BA, and development team in order to respond to clients’ requests
⦿ Reporting to the client, sending invoices;
⦿ Carry out proactive risk management and troubleshooting;
⦿ Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards;
⦿ Leading Account managers’ team by your example: building team, personal plans, reviews, education campaigns

🔥 ARE THESE POINTS ABOUT YOU?

⦿ 2–3 years in each position, Account Manager and Project Manager.
⦿ English: Strong Upper-Intermediate or higher.
⦿ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
⦿ Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
⦿ Knowledge of current trends, and ability to advise and share insights on these topics.
⦿ Desire to share your knowledge and help your team to develop.
