We invite those who fired up to:
- Build on excellent relationships with existing sponsors;
- Research and network potential new sponsors to secure successful new multi year sponsorships and partnerships;
- Plan and develop of the sponsor component of social media, digital media and general media;
- Engage in developing and implementing brand strategy;
- Follow market trends and constantly review competitors’ activities;
- Engage in customers and market researches to gain relevant insights for brand building;
- Propose acceleration plans for brand strengthening based on collected insights;
- Prepare customer segmentation and brand value proposition;
- Work on BTL activities realization;
- Analyse brand performance, identifying key drivers, barriers and opportunities for growth;
- Evaluate brand awareness activities effect.
Essential professional experience:
- 2+ years of experience in the same or similar position;
- English: Upper-intermediate or higher;
- Excellent written skills for sponsorship proposals and reports;
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Extensive experience in rights negotiation, business development, senior client handling and brand management.
Desirable skills and personal features:
- Knowledge of Esports, Gaming/Betting industry;
- Knowledge of the market of LatAm.
