On behalf of Pontera SD Solutions is seeking a Data Operator Team Lead to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work with numbers.

The primary responsibility of the Data Operator Team Lead is to lead a team and control data collection from internal sources, implementation it into the system and platform, and performance basic analysis within the US market. The role involves working with internal tools and platforms, without the need for external data programs or tools like SQL or Tableau.
Responsibilities:
- Collect data from various internal accounts and input it into our internal system and platform.
- Develop a basic understanding of finance analysis within the US market.
- Pay close attention to details and identify any discrepancies or errors in the data.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely data entry and analysis.
- Train and onboard new team members as necessary.
- Act as a good communicator, delivering messages and updates clearly to the team.
- Manage the team.
- Recruit new members to the team, if required.
- 09:00 to 17:00, once a week late shift
Requirements:
- Leading experience.
- A financial background or relevant university education is preferred.
- Strong desire to work with numbers and perform routine data-related tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear messages and updates.
- Ability to recruit and train new team members as necessary.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with basic finance concepts and analysis in the US market is a plus.
