About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Leading and executing backend and frontend performance testing efforts for complex software systems, including identifying performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement;
• Developing comprehensive performance testing strategies and plans based on project requirements and system architecture;
• Analyzing performance metrics and test results to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring optimization;
• Preparing comprehensive performance test reports, documenting findings, recommendations, and performance improvements;
• Dealing with CI, monitoring tools;
• Mentoring junior QA engineers and sharing expertise in performance testing methodologies, best practices, and emerging technologies. 

Essential professional experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a Performance Analyst;
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies;
• Knowledge about performance test types;
• Strong understanding of quality metrics;
• Ability to analyze test results;
• Experience working with various load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, Locust, etc);
• Experience working with CI tools (Gitlab Ci, Jenkins);
• Experience working with monitoring tools;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
