Migration Specialist

Requirements

• Experience in a field of of Poland labor law and migration law at least 2 years;
• English, Ukrainian (or Russian) language speaker;
• Team player and really customer oriented.
• Advanced computer user.

Responsibilities

• Advising on migration matters;
• Handling applications for and assisting employees to obtain Work Permits;
• Handling applications for and assisting employees to obtain Permanent Residency Permits;
• Handling applications for and assisting clients to obtain Visitor Permits;
• Accompanying clients to the Civil Registry and Migration Department;
• Drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial agreements, including Shareholders Agreements, Director’s Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements, JV Agreements, Employment Agreements, Sale and Purchase of Property Agreements, Lease agreements, etc;
• Drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents including Memorandum and Articles of Association, resolutions, minutes, share certificates, Powers of Attorney, etc.
