Job Description: 

To join our dynamic team, we seek a talented and detail-oriented specialist who possesses skills in technical writing, technical support, and executing SQL scripts. In this role, you will ensure the clarity and accuracy of our game documentation and technical materials. You will collaborate closely with developers, quality assurance (QA) teams, project managers (PMs), and other stakeholders to create comprehensive documentation artefacts that facilitate efficient development, enhance the gaming experience for our players, and comply with regulatory requirements.   

Main Tasks: 

 1. Creation and Support of Game Summaries:   

•  Develop concise and informative summaries for our games, highlighting key features, gameplay mechanics, and objectives.   
• Update and maintain existing game summaries to reflect changes and updates. 

2. Running Gameplay Simulations:  

•   Collaborate with development teams to run simulations and test game mechanics, ensuring smooth gameplay and optimal user experience.    
• Document simulation results and provide feedback for improvements. 

3.  Filling the database with the game data

Additional Responsibilities:  

1. Technical Documentation:   

• Take part in developing technical documentation for various aspects of game development, including APIs, SDKs, and frameworks.    
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to developers and stakeholders.

 2. Project Management Collaboration:   

•  Utilize project management experience to coordinate documentation tasks and timelines with project managers and development teams.    
• Take part in project planning and resource allocation for documentation-related activities.    
• Establish and maintain Commit to a knowledge base of technical documentation, best practices, and development processes.  

Qualifications:   

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field / or relevant experience from 1 year in IT (preferably Technical Writing).
• Basic knowledge of command line tools allowing the most used operations to run with files, text search, utility installations, etc. 
• Proven experience in technical writing or technical support, preferably in the gaming or IT industry.  
• Understanding of development processes and methodologies. 
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in working with databases.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Attention to detail and translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation. 
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown). 
• English and Ukrainian level: Intermediate or higher.
