Sales Team Lead

Join an international fast-growing school of programming as a Sales Team Lead. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced leader to drive our sales team in Czech Republic and Slovakia to new heights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales. Experience with B2C sales will be a plus.
• Upper-intermediate or higher Czech/Slovak level
• Intermediate or higher English level
• Team leading experience
• Ability to work with numbers

Responsibilities

• Participate in team formation and expansion
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of calls with clients
• Develop and/or improve scripts and training materials
• Analyze the department's performance in the CRM system
• Prepare reports on sales activities
