IT Business Analyst

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in IT service, outsource, or outstaff companies
• Proficiency in English (B2 and above) with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
  
• Ability to juggle multiple projects (approx. 3-4 simultaneously)
  
• Strong background in writing documentation (SRS, UC, US)
  
• Technical knowledge (SDLC, API, etc.)
  
• Experience in pre-sales activities.
  
• AI enthusiast.
  

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Provide project support
• Collaborate on pre-sale activities with Sales, PM, and Technical teams
  
• Cooperate with Project Managers and Clients to define project scopes
  
• Write and maintain project documentation (SRS, UC, US)
  
• Participate in Scrum activities.
