We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager for one of our businesses — Leaply.Leaply is an ecosystem of interconnected digital and physical products aimed at improving the quality of life.

Products:
- We are developing a habit-building app;
- A brand of supplements for enhancing productivity and overall well-being.
Monetization:
- In the digital direction — a subscription model;
- In the physical direction — both subscription and transactional models.
Acquisition channels: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), Google, referral program.
Stage: positive unit economics already established, active scaling — revenue growth projected to increase nearly 10x by the end of this year.
Team:
- Launching their third business together and have experience with successful exits.
- Possess unique market knowledge that increases the chances of success — they have worked with this business model before and have created products for this audience.
Core values: direct and open communication, quick decision-making, aggressive and ambitious goals.
We are looking for the first Marketing Manager in the physical business vertical, whose responsibilities will include:
- Building unit economics: testing various traffic channels, optimizing ROAS, etc.
- Collaborating with content and design teams to create advertising materials.
- Managing ad accounts, performance analytics, etc.
- Working with the product and technical team to create effective conversion funnels.
- Researching direct and indirect competitors regarding channels, ad materials, and successful user acquisition approaches.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large amounts of data, and draw conclusions (factor analysis, ability to find cause-and-effect relationships, prioritization).
- English at B2+ level.
- Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses.
- Confident proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with advertising platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Vungle, Taboola.
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Airtable.
- Experience with markets in the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UK.
