Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Marketing Manager (Go-to-Market Manager) to help build and lead our new product marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working closely with stakeholders, product, and sales teams to create and implement successful marketing strategies.  

You will be responsible for driving product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and creating impactful marketing materials. This role requires project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives. 

What you’ll be doing:  

  • Build and manage a product marketing team 
  • Create and implement a product marketing strategy, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion 
  • Research the market, competitors, and target audience for internal & customer goals 
  • Lead marketing projects from conception to completion 
  • Manage the collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and project timelines 
  • Supervise email marketing and social media campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn and other platforms 
  • Coordinate product advertisement campaigns on multiple platforms and media outreach efforts 
  • Participate in marketing event support, including webinars, industry conferences, and product launch episodes 
  • Conduct internal management sessions with the team, communicate with the customer, and analyze customer feedback 
  • Monitor performance using analytical tools and adjust strategies as needed 
  • Participate in presale calls to improve proposals with the Business Development department 

What you’ll need: 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of marketing and go-to-market strategies 
  • Experience working with B2B clients, preferably in software development and energy tech 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas to the customer 
  • Strong sales enablement skills, including creating presentations, whitepapers, case studies, and other sales materials 
  • Expertise in content and brand marketing strategies, focusing on materials that educate and engage customers 
  • Experience in market research and product positioning to inform product messaging and marketing strategies 
  • Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, or similar project management and collaboration tools 
  • Experience running advertisement campaigns and effective media outreach 
  • Expertise in managing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, and other tools 
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytical tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, or Power BI 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and build timelines to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
