We aim to revolutionize the self-development and micro-learning industry, aspiring to eclipse MasterClass.

Currently, we are seeking a User Acquisition Manager.

Having established a solid unit economy, we are actively expanding, with plans to grow tenfold over the next six months. Every new employee has the chance to become a leader in their field, depending only on their initiative and ambition. RiseGuide offers limitless potential for horizontal scaling through the launch of new verticals, and we are looking for someone to manage advertising campaigns and initiatives in these new areas.

What challenges awaiting for you: 

  • Creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok, finding the optimal setup for our product and business model; 
  • Collaboration with the Creative Team to develop high-quality ad creatives that convert. You'll set tasks for the creative team, participate in brainstorming sessions, and evaluate designers' work; 
  •  Working with Product and Technical Teams to create effective conversion funnels, researching and improving user flow;
  • Analytics of key metrics across all channels, including LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS, and ROI/ROR.

What we value: 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data, numbers, and metrics.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable developing and scaling where nothing existed before.
  • A desire to directly impact the commercial results of the business.
  • The ability to advocate for your opinions and make independent decisions.
