We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching market trends and generating fresh, impactful ideas for advertising across multiple platforms, including Meta, popunder, clickunder, and native networks. You will work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure that your creative concepts align with overall business goals and deliver high-performing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze current trends to identify opportunities for new and creative advertising strategies.
• Develop innovative advertising concepts tailored for Meta, popunder, clickunder, and native networks.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure the alignment of creative ideas with product positioning and campaign objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to continuously refine and improve creative approaches.
• Lead the ideation process, from brainstorming to execution, ensuring that all creative outputs are original, effective, and on-brand.
• Work closely with designers and media buyers to bring ideas to life through compelling ad creatives.
• Monitor the performance of advertising campaigns and adjust creative strategies based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creative production with mobile B2C products for Tier 1 markets.
• Strong understanding of Meta advertising and experience with popunder, clickunder, and native networks.
• Ability to generate original and compelling ideas that drive engagement and performance.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable creative strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
