Tech Lead Full-stack

MindK is a software development company that implements complex web and mobile applications for clients all over the world. Currently, we are looking for a Tech Lead to join our team on a long-term contract.

Requirements:

• strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js;
• proven experience in managing a team of developers, with the ability to organize and direct the development process, as well as make key architectural decisions; 
• deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns for building structured applications;
• proficiency in SQL and experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query optimization and index tuning to enhance performance;
• familiarity with the latest JavaScript standards for writing modern, high-quality code; 
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English for effective communication with clients and the team. 

Nice to have: 

• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud services;
• Experience in application containerization and working with Docker; 
• Understanding of CI/CD processes to help manage automation and deployment.

Responsibility:

• direct communication with stakeholders on the client side;
• supporting existing functionality and developing new features and components;
• organizing and managing the development process;
• actively participating in coding and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality standards;
• making key architectural decisions to ensure the scalability and efficiency of applications;
• collaborating with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and implement optimal solutions;
• addressing and resolving technical challenges at various stages of development;
• stay updated on new trends and best practices in web development.
