We are currently looking for a Customer Success Lead for the European region—a data-driven professional with diverse experience and a strong passion for IT. The ideal candidate is ambitious, curious, and eager to take on responsibility and freedom.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Warsaw.

As part of one of the core business components of the project structure, the Regional Manager will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) by improving partner performance and managing partner relationships. Working closely with the product and marketing teams, you will have the opportunity to turn insights into initiatives to optimize and scale the business.

Key challenges:

  • Managing the partner program for one of the largest regions in the niche;
  • Developing and implementing short-term and long-term strategies for the region;
  • Scaling the partner program across the European market;
  • Enhancing partner efficiency through regular KPI analysis to identify areas for optimization and growth;
  • Managing risks within the region;
  • Assessing, improving, and optimizing current CSM processes and the partner consulting system;
  • Collaborating closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to consistently improve the product and ensure the smooth execution of all business processes.

What matters to us:

  • Proven experience managing projects of varying complexity in a fast-paced environment (from concept to implementation, performance measurement, and continuous improvement);
  • Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
  • A fundamentally strong personality: strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities;
  • High-level skills in building and managing long-term relationships with stakeholders/partners, as well as written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;
  • Resilience to stress and adaptability to change;
  • An inquisitive approach to work with a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, proactivity, and persistence.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Basic SQL skills;
  • Experience working with Tableau.
