We are currently looking for a Customer Success Lead for the European region—a data-driven professional with diverse experience and a strong passion for IT. The ideal candidate is ambitious, curious, and eager to take on responsibility and freedom.
This is a full-time, office-based position in Warsaw.
As part of one of the core business components of the project structure, the Regional Manager will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) by improving partner performance and managing partner relationships. Working closely with the product and marketing teams, you will have the opportunity to turn insights into initiatives to optimize and scale the business.
