We are looking for an Assistant to join our Business Development team, which currently consists of 5 Business Development Specialists. Your focus will be on Central European countries and Nordic markets.
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in sales or customer research in IT industry (experience in outsourcing companies is preferable).
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and the ability to quickly learn new terminology and concepts.
- Written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with our Business Development Manager to execute the company’s sales strategy.
- Actively search for and engage potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
- Mostly work with cold leads (80% cold / 20% warm leads).
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations for potential customers, and participate in contract signing and preparation.
- Document and analyze all activities using the company’s CRM, PipeDrive.
