Position: Senior Marketing Manager in the iGaming industry
Location: Remote or office in Warsaw
🔹 A well known iGaming company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team (remote or at the office in Warsaw).
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing in the gambling industry, particularly with game creators and providers.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, Ukrainian.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
- Extensive expertise in both online and offline marketing channels.
- Experience in managing teams of up to 10 people and overseeing external marketing agencies.
- Budget management experience.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting strategic marketing analysis.
- Proven ability to present and communicate effectively at the board level.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
1) Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development of marketing strategies tailored for game creators and providers in the gambling industry.
- Ensure effective execution of marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and audience growth.
- Analyze strategic marketing data to refine marketing messages and campaigns.
- Develop and implement marketing plans, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive sales and engagement.
- Review and report on marketing strategy performance, adjusting as needed.
2) Brand Development & Market Intelligence
- Develop and strengthen the corporate brand identity in consultation with senior management.
- Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity, and industry trends to stay ahead in the gambling industry.
- Collaborate across departments to develop innovative marketing and branding strategies.
3) Team & Agency Management
- Oversee and grow the marketing department, ensuring the recruitment and retention of top talent.
- Manage external agencies and creative partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Lead social media strategy and execution for gambling-related content.
4) Industry Engagement & Partnerships
- Attend industry expos and conferences, preparing displays and post-event reports.
- Build and maintain partnerships with online casinos, game providers, payment processors, and platform providers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and C-level executives to make strategic decisions.
5) Content & Performance Analysis
- Develop engaging content for websites and social media, aligning with the company’s brand.
- Track and report key performance metrics, optimizing strategies accordingly.
