The Role:  

As our Head of Product at LetsData, you will lead the entire product lifecycle, ensuring we build an industry-leading solution for enterprise (B2B) and government (B2G) clients. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the product vision, defining the roadmap, and driving AI-first product innovation. Working cross-functionally with AI researchers, engineers, designers, and business leaders, you will ensure our platform meets the security, compliance, and usability needs of Fortune 1000 companies and government organizations. This role requires a balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution and the ability to adapt to the rapidly evolving landscape of information operations threats.

Format: Full-time  
Location: Remote, EMEA (you will travel from time to time)  
While LetsData’s main hubs are in Kyiv, Lviv, and New York, we operate as a fully remote team. This means you can work from anywhere, and we welcome applications from candidates based in the EMEA region. We believe in the power of diverse perspectives and understand that talent is not limited by geographical boundaries.

Requirements: 

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading AI-driven B2B/B2G products from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of AI, cybersecurity, media monitoring, or information operations.
• Experience working with Fortune 1000 and government clients, aligning products with their workflows and security needs.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing and scaling product teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with deepfake detection, misinformation analysis, OSINT platforms, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with executives and technical teams alike.
• Background in Computer Science, AI, Cybersecurity, or Business is a plus, but experience matters more than credentials.

You Will:

• Define and execute the product strategy for LetsData’s core platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise and government client needs.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and releases that maximize adoption, scalability, and impact.
• Lead and mentor a product team, fostering a culture of innovation, rapid iteration, and AI-first thinking.
• Collaborate closely with AI experts, engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive product development.
• Work directly with enterprise and government stakeholders to understand workflows, compliance requirements, and integration challenges.
• Develop and refine metrics for product success, measuring adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, cybersecurity, and media intelligence to keep LetsData at the forefront of innovation.
• Drive go-to-market strategy, working with Sales and BizDev to position the product effectively.
