We are currently looking for a Payments Manager to join us.

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company developing platforms in the social discovery space. Our team has successfully launched dozens of platforms, reaching millions of users across all continents—except Antarctica (for now!). Our slogan, "We don’t think limits," reflects both our strategic mindset and our motivation to push boundaries.

Challenges You Will Tackle:

Developing a global payment infrastructure – managing a portfolio of acquiring banks, alternative payment methods, and adapting to regional payment processing specifics. You will monitor regulatory updates from VISA & Mastercard and implement necessary changes.
In-depth payment analytics – identifying areas for improvement, analyzing different payment methods, issuing banks, and acquirers.
Optimizing processing costs – analyzing payment expenses and implementing strategies to reduce costs while maintaining efficiency.
Collaborating with key teams – working closely with product, finance, and compliance teams to develop strategies that directly impact the company’s financial performance.
Monitoring payment risk metrics and compliance – ensuring adherence to VISA, Mastercard, banking, and regulatory requirements.
Managing and overseeing operational metrics and business processes related to the payments domain.

What We Value:

Operational excellence mindset;
Ability to take ownership and deliver end-to-end solutions;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
Ability to structure and visualize information effectively;
Basic understanding of online payment processing;
Experience in BIG4, consulting, investment boutiques, or fintech is a plus.
