QA Automation Engineer (Python)

The IT company Andersen invites an experienced QA Automation Engineer (Python) to join its team on a project in the field of Gaming. 

The customer is one of the top mobile gaming companies globally, their titles are enjoyed by 120 million people every month. With a talented team of over 4000 professionals worldwide, they tackle unique challenges and set new industry standards in the computer games industry.   

The project is an advanced, Unity-like game engine written in C++, designed to empower developers in creating innovative and engaging games. 

 Tech stack on the project: Python, Pytest, QASE, Teamcity, GitHub, PageObjeсt, Factory Tests: Selenium (web), Api (via Websocket). 

Responsibilities: 

- Communicating with the lead from the client's side.  

- Getting new tasks.  

- Managing the review process inside the Andersen team.   

Must-haves: 

- Experience as a QA Automation Engineer (Python) for 3+ years. 

- Experience with invasive frameworks that provide access to models inside the editor. 

- Proficiency in Python and experience with Pytest. 

- Familiarity with QASE for test management. 

- Skills in using Teamcity and GitHub. 

- Experience in creating tests using PageObject and Factory patterns. 

- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium (for web testing) and API testing (via websocket). 

- Ability to work with APIs through websocket. 

- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, focused on collaborative problem-solving. 

- Level of English – from Pre-Intermediate and above. 

Nice-to-haves: 

- Experience working as a lead or a desire to work as a lead of Andersen AQA team. 

- Experience or understanding of the testing process in gamedev industry.
