We’re looking for a Performance Marketer / Targeting Specialist with hands-on experience in launching and scaling mobile apps. You’ll play a key role in driving user acquisition and growing our mobile product in new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance and manage ad budgets effectively
- Research and define target audiences and competitors
- Collaborate on creative assets: provide briefs, test variations, and analyze outcomes
- Deliver regular performance reports and insights for strategic improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mobile app marketing (must-have)
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills (experience with tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or similar)
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused
- English proficiency (strong advantage)
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization)
- Experience in soft-launch or pre-launch campaigns
- Background in startups or AI-driven projects
