HR Business Partner

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international product IT companies following the rules of the venture investment world. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win on global markets.

Currently, we are looking for a Business Partner.

A little more about the HR team: This is a team that is convinced that in 5 years, SKELAR will be the result of our actions today, starting from working on the team’s potential, effective processes, and, of course, developing a high-performance culture. The team currently consists of 10+ HR specialists, and we plan to scale further.

The challenges ahead:
— Implementation, improvement, and optimization of HR processes: Onboarding, Performance review, Offboarding, Feedback ecosystem;
— Conducting HR research, surveys, analyzing results, and improving processes based on them;
— Consulting employees on HR policies, procedures, and processes;
— Organizing informal events and educational initiatives;
— Improving team communications.

What is important for us:
— 3+ years of experience in the People Partnership domain;
— Experience working with teams and the ability to work with people (building team communications, monitoring team moods, selecting motivational tools);
— Strong communication skills (ability to negotiate, argue your point of view, find win-win solutions, work with feedback as a tool, manage communications at the team/workgroup level);
— Results-oriented (setting priorities, tracking progress toward your goals, finding resources to achieve those goals, asking yourself "what problem are we solving?", meeting deadlines);
 — Proactive and initiative-driven (taking responsibility, offering new ideas, experimenting to complete work faster and/or improve the quality of the final result).

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR Foundation, which was created by the company’s employees. Within this initiative, we create and fund projects that help overcome the consequences of the war and support the recovery of Ukraine.
