We’re looking for a Customer Support Manager with Polish to help our clients use the Ringostat platform effectively 🚀

👉 Soft skills:

👉 Hard skills:

  1. Polish language proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
  2. Ukrainian language proficiency at a native level.
  3. Strong PC skills and confidence with digital tools.

👉 It’s a plus if you also have:

  1. English at B2 level.
  2. A general understanding of SEO, PPC, web analytics, IP telephony, or CRM systems.

🦾 What you’ll do:

  1. Handle customer inquiries via chat and occasionally phone (95% via chat).
  2. Assist users in setting up projects.
  3. Work with our knowledge base (updating and creating instructions).
  4. Use a CRM system to communicate with other departments.
  5. Record customer feedback and bugs to pass on to the development team.
