Junior/Middle Growth Product Manager

We are currently seeking a Junior/Middle Growth Product Manager to join our partner company, TENTENS Tech.

In the marketing area, we have:
- Expertise in 10+ Performance Marketing channels that can be procured: Search, Social, Media, Native, etc.;
- Well-established and extensive In-house and Affiliate buying;
- 80+ specialists;
- Internal MarTech and Marketing Analytics teams;
- Internal UI/UX design team that has extensive expertise in creating funnels, generating and implementing ideas that help scale buying across all Performance Marketing channels;
- Our own traffic spinning and distribution systems (TDS) that allow us to monetize every click as efficiently as possible;
- We are one of the largest Google partners in CEE.

Your future tasks:
- Generate hypotheses and validate them through a huge number of A/B tests;
- Increase marketing funnel conversions, implement Growth Hacks, and find new concepts for scaling traffic;
- Build the zone and processes in it independently. Manage the goals and strategy of the zone;
- Manage the full cycle of marketing funnel development: idea, design, development, analytics;
- Research direct and indirect competitors' funnels;
- Develop new growth approaches to scale traffic;
- Work closely with a strong team of designers, developers, marketers, and analysts to achieve business goals.

An ideal candidate for us has:
- 1 year of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or related roles (Product Manager, Marketing, Analytics);
- Analytical thinking;
- A desire to engage in constant growth-hacking;
- A high level of responsibility and proactivity;
- A desire to grow and become a strong leader in the team.
