- Managing and designing CRM system and automations or integrations;
- Designing sales processes and report inefficiencies;
- Overseeing CRM data quality and report inconsistencies;
- Importing and exporting CRM data in line with sales managers' requests;
- Managing sales reporting and dashboards;
- Proposing sales tools to increase sales efficiency;
- Enriching CRM database with new contacts/companies;
- Designing sales battlecards;
- Coordinating internal sales projects.
- 2+ years of according experience;
- Proficiency in English (at least B1 level);
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data;
- Solid understanding of sales processes and key sales metrics;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Proficient in spreadsheets, macros, SQL, and CRM systems;
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools and process automation platforms;
- Able to work semi-autonomously and make decisions in line with strategic plans;
- Responsible for tracking sales performance and monitoring efficiency metrics;
- Familiar with commercial objectives and able to align sales activities accordingly;
- Collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and account management leadership;
- In-depth knowledge of CRM best practices and market trends;
- Proactively suggests and implements process improvements and innovative approaches.
