Python Team Lead

We are looking for a hands-on, task-oriented Senior Python Engineer with proven leadership experience to join our growing engineering team. This is an opportunity to shape and scale products that serve at high load and enterprise-grade reliability.

The ideal candidate is not only an expert in Python but also brings strong delivery focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams through complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers

• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, production-ready solutions.

• Architect and implement complex backend systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Work hands-on in Python, writing high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Collaborate across teams to ensure effective communication and smooth product delivery.

• Optimize and scale systems to handle heavy-load environments.

• Contribute to infrastructure and deployment improvements (Kubernetes knowledge is an advantage).

Requirements:

• Expert-level Python knowledge with extensive hands-on development experience.

• Minimum 5 years of proven team management/leadership.

• Strong track record of delivering large-scale products.

• Experience with distributed systems, performance optimization, and heavy-load environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, ownership, and task-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication skills, with ability to align technical and business needs.

• Experience with Kubernetes (k8s) and modern DevOps practices -MUST.

•Fluent in Ukrainian.
