Event Manager (Warsaw)

What experience and skills are required for this role?

At least 1 year of experience as an Event Manager or in a related position
Polish language: B1 level
Strong written and spoken Ukrainian
Proactive and responsible, with a readiness to handle tasks end to end
Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong time management skills

Key responsibilities:

Organizing events of various formats: external SKELAR events, internal corporate online/offline events for employees, etc.
Overseeing the entire event management process: logistics, deadlines, budgets, and coordination with vendors to ensure timely execution within the approved plan.
Developing the strategy for internal interest-based clubs and collaborating with internal ambassadors (club drivers).
Collecting post-event feedback and analyzing metrics to continuously improve participant experience.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define event goals, topics, and content.
