Senior Python Developer/ Architect

We are looking for a Senior Back-end Python Developer to be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in media production, and helping stories resonate worldwide with authenticity and emotional depth. In this position, you will join a team of top-notch, talented engineers and help shape the future of international entertainment experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs for AI-driven products, with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
• Lead the development and deployment of backend infrastructure using Python and modern frameworks.
• Architect and implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions across AWS (or other public cloud providers).
• Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize models and integrate them into backend systems.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines for handling large-scale audio, text, and video processing.
• Own features end-to-end: from design and architecture through development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure observability, reliability, and high availability of backend services.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience
• Expert proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks
• Proven DevOps experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), including infrastructure provisioning and automation
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Experience with containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS/Kubernetes) and serverless (e.g., AWS Lambda)
• Familiarity with database design, both SQL and NoSQL
• Startup experience and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Bonus: experience with machine learning lifecycle and MLOps tools
