Senior Java Engineer

Your Mission

As part of the Escalation Team, you will:

• Own critical fixes & urgent requests – Investigate and resolve high-priority customer-reported issues in live production.
• Move fast & execute flawlessly – Work in a dynamic, Kanban-style environment where priorities shift rapidly.
•  Be the go-to expert – Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex challenges with real business impact.
•  Work cross-functionally – Collaborate with Product, Support, and R&D teams to diagnose, fix, and deploy solutions quickly.
•  Enhance & stabilize production – Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of Stampli’s integrations and platform.
•  Balance urgency with quality – Deliver rapid solutions without compromising long-term stability or maintainability.
•  Be proactive – Identify recurring issues and contribute to preventative solutions that improve overall system health.

Who You Are

• Experienced – 6-7 years of hands-on development in Java (a must).
•  Fast & Fearless – You excel at troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing urgent issues under tight deadlines.
•  Cloud-Savvy – Experience with AWS is a strong advantage.
•  Production-Oriented – You’re comfortable working in live environments, balancing speed with stability.
•  A Problem Solver – You think critically, act decisively, and thrive in high-pressure situations.
•  A Priority-Driven Engineer – You understand business urgency and know how to navigate shifting priorities without missing a beat.
