Full-Stack Engineer

📍Hybrid in Warsaw (3 days/week office)

Your Story:

You will develop our platform using all the latest and newest technologies; Microfrontend, implement scalable, complex flows, shape up UX, improve user interactions and flows, and overall improve our core platform. Work closely with different stakeholders to build a great product that will leverage our capabilities and user experience and overall improve our core platform.

Long story short, you will:

• Own the design, execution, quality and end-to-end delivery of highly scalable products.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Improve platform architecture to support current and future initiatives.
• Improve development cycle working with DevOps to optimize git flows and CI/CD processes.

Requirements:

• 4-5+ years of development experience
• Experience with React.js and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js 
• Skilled in designing and implementing APIs, web services, and microservices.
• Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, Redis, DynamoDB, Mongo).
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving and software design skills, including debugging and architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; self-motivated with a proactive mindset.

Advantage:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Interest or experience with technologies such as AI, Autonomous Agents, or Multi-Component Platforms (MCP) is an Advantage.
