We're looking for our first Creative Marketing Manager to build the creative machine from scratch — and make sure millions of people learn about ONYX.
What you'll be building:
One right hook can change how millions of people think about their security online. Because creative is what decides whether a person stops — or just keeps scrolling. Whether they feel it's about them — or see yet another ad. In cybersecurity, creative isn't about aesthetics; it's about trust.
You're not building individual creatives — you're building a system: from hypothesis to test to insight, and back again, faster each time. Every winning creative is a channel that scales. Every losing one is data that makes the next better.
Automation isn't a bonus — it's part of the job. We already have our own AI creative generation system, and the team actively invests time in growing it: new integrations, new formats, less manual work, more space for hypotheses. You test ideas in hours, not weeks.
The MVP launches publicly on the App Store (iOS, US market) on May 20, 2026. The brand voice, hook mechanics, and creative angles Onyx enters the market with — that's on you.
What we expect from you:
— You understand why one creative stops the scroll and another doesn't, and you can explain it through data
— You test systematically: hook, visual, message — separately, with a conclusion after each cycle
— You brief in a way that helps the designer understand not "what to draw" but "what the person should feel
— You work with AI tools as part of the daily process, not as an experiment
— You know how to speak to a US audience: hooks that resonate with their context, not translations
