📍 Kraków, Poland (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office)
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who enjoys building scalable systems, improving developer workflows, and taking real ownership of cloud infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining the platform behind a modern SaaS product, working with technologies like Node.js, TypeScript, Microservices, GraphQL, and AWS.
You’ll collaborate with distributed engineering teams to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery of software at scale.

Design, manage, and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)

Build and evolve observability systems (Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry)

Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs to ensure system reliability

Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, FluxCD)

Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform

Identify performance bottlenecks and proactively resolve incidents

Work closely with platform and product teams to improve developer experience

Drive best practices in DevOps, security, and cloud architecture

Support scaling, resilience, and high availability of distributed systems.

3+ years in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering roles

Strong hands-on experience with AWS (including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFront)

Solid experience with Terraform (or similar IaC tools)

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS is a plus)

CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, FluxCD, or similar)

Familiarity with Kafka or similar streaming platforms

Understanding of microservices architectures and modern backend stacks

Experience with monitoring/observability tooling (Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry).

Experience with CDN, networking, and load balancing

Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or interest in emerging AI technologies.
