Developers Shore and our sister company, Developers Bay — a group of IT consulting firms. Our core tool is Box, a versatile CRM system we developed internally. 

Box handles profiles, CVs, recruitment, invoicing, and more for many external users. It's crucial for job applications and time reporting, customized for each company in the group. 

About the Team 

You'll join a passionate team working on Box: 

• 1 Product Owner 
• 1 Tech Lead 
  
• 2 Full-stack Developers 
  
• Part-time experts help with DevOps, UX, etc. 
  

Assignment Description 

Your task is to improve Box with new features, better performance, and strong security. 

We're adding AI, advanced roles, updated CV tools, and more. 

Help shape the platform's future with us. 

Tech Stack: 

• Backend: Laravel 10, PHP 8.2, Aurora MySQL Serverless 
• Frontend: NextJS 12 (React 18), Material UI 5, TypeScript 
  
• DevOps: CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Serverless architecture 
  

Skills we are seeking for: 

• Experience with Laravel. 
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React.js 
  
• Understanding of microservices 
  
• Strong architecture skills 
  
• Good English communication. 
  

Desirable Skills: 

• Tech lead experience 
• Knowledge of GraphQL 
  
• TypeScript proficiency 
  
• AWS and DevOps experience 
  
• Relevant education
