About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Organizing and managing the process of passing KYC requirements for operators;
- Maintaining and updating the list of providers and their requirements;— Following market regulations and having accurate information about restricted/IP blocked geographies for providers;
- Following and processing tasks on the board promptly and accurately;
- Filling out necessary forms and documents required by providers;
- Requesting and gathering necessary documents from account managers and organizing the signatory;
- Sending accurate details and information to providers to secure their approvals;
- Obtaining necessary approvals from providers;
- Opening and managing tasks for technical teams to activate content and providing instructions on setups for different operators;
- Ensuring all activities are compliant with internal policies and external regulations;
- Finding alternative solutions for regulatory and operational challenges.
Essential professional experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy;
- Proficient in using task management and CRM software (e.g., Excel, Jira);
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and KYC processes;
- At least Intermediate+ English level; proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Team player with a collaborative approach;
- Out-of-the-box thinker;
- Punctual and dedicated;
- Relevant certifications in compliance or KYC processes are a plus;
- Familiarity with technical integration processes is beneficial;
- Experience in iGaming and working in a legal department is a plus.
