UPSTARS is a product IT company where both people and brands take off. Our main focus is technological solutions and B2B services for international clients. We launch star-level iGaming projects that gain recognition and top scores in industry rankings ✨

And yes, supporting a legal and transparent Ukrainian market is a must-have — we were the third company in the country to obtain a B2B license to provide gambling-related services.

In 2025, we are actively scaling both our projects and our dream team. That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen our Affiliate Business Development team.

✅ Your future responsibilities:

  • communication with advertisers and our internal team;
  • verification of payments for reporting periods;
  • negotiating the best terms of cooperation;
  • working with the Keitaro tracker (stats analysis, offer integration);
  • working with our CRM system;
  • searching for new advertisers.

💪 Your skills:

  • the ability to communicate, negotiate and defend your position;
  • English at Intermediate+ level;
  • experience in the role of account manager, affiliate manager, or sales manager;
  • experience using Keitaro tracker, Spy Services;
  • experience in the iGaming industry;
  • understanding of ad platforms and how traffic sources work: Google / Facebook.

🤞 Nice to have, but not critical:

  • experience in traffic buying as a media buyer;
  • direct contacts with advertisers at Head/Lead level of traffic buying;
  • readiness to attend conferences abroad.
