Senior Full Stack Developer (Backend Oriented, AI-Driven)

We looking for a developer to strengthen our client's team.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, your expertise will guide and refine AI-generated code, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance. You’ll act as both code reviewer and AI orchestrator — designing, validating, and shaping the output of AI tools while still leveraging your full-stack skills to deliver a seamless platform experience. You’ll be at the forefront of AI-assisted engineering, turning AI from an accelerator into a multiplier of innovation.

Our client is a property technology company. They are redefining hospitality with AI-powered property management solutions that streamline operations. The client's platform allows property managers to manage guest communication, maintenance, contractor coordination, and more — all in one seamless system.

Full-time remote work style.

Stack:
Frontend: Vue (Vuex, Vue Router) & React (SPA-based applications)
Backend: Ruby on Rails (big advantage), Node.js
Language & Tooling: TypeScript, JavaScript
Infrastructure: AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, S3, CloudFront)
Database: Postgres
AI Infrastructure: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI

Responsibilities:
Embedding AI code generation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) into the development lifecycle.
Reviewing, refining, and validating AI-generated code for reliability, scalability, and security.
Designing and delivering AI-driven product features that enhance the property management experience.
Leading end-to-end development of dashboards, portals, and APIs, strategically using AI to accelerate delivery.
Partnering with peers to continuously improve our AI-assisted engineering playbook.
Staying ahead of emerging AI tools and best practices in software development.

Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with AI code development using Cursor or Claude Code (mandatory).
4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
3+ years backend experience with Ruby on Rails or Node.js.
Strong skills in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
2+ years with Vue.js or React (Vue preferred, React welcome).
Solid grasp of database design, optimization, and performance tuning (Postgres preferred).
A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to adapt rapidly to AI-driven workflows.
Passion for continuous learning and driving innovation in AI-assisted software engineering.

Nice to have:
AWS expertise (Elastic Beanstalk, Docker, S3, CloudFront).
Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres).
Experience with automated frontend testing (Cypress, Selenium).
BSc/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Salary — up to 5000$ gross.
