We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and build strong B2B relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers across the USA and Europe.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales experience in a software development company
- Strong network of business owners and senior decision-makers
- Proven track record in generating and closing B2B deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- English level: C1 or higher
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Understanding of the WordPress ecosystem
- Proactively identify, reach out to, and nurture new B2B leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients
- Manage the full sales cycle – from initial contact to closing deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service offerings
- Keep sales activities and client data well-organized and up to date
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Gather and share market feedback to improve our services and strategy
