What You’ll do:

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions that power AI-driven developer tools
Balance backend and frontend responsibilities, from system architecture to UI/UX development
Architect high-performance backend services in Python or Node.js
Build interactive UI components, dashboards, and IDE plugins that integrate AI assistants
Solve challenges like parsing large codebases, integrating AI workflows, and optimizing performance across distributed systems
Collaborate closely with product and AI teams to push the boundaries of autonomous software development

Requirements:

8+ years of full-stack engineering experience
Proven success working with fast-growing startups or small product teams (4+ companies)
Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, with strong understanding of modern frontend architectures
Strong experience with Python or Node.js (must have)
Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based infrastructure
