We are looking for a Senior Full Staсk Engineer to join our team and help build a scalable platform that empowers researchers to manage and analyze massive volumes of scientific data. The platform supports labs working on cutting-edge neuroscience challenges by delivering speed, integrity, and scalability for research data pipelines. It combines intuitive tools for data processing and collaboration with full transparency and flexibility — no black boxes here.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll collaborate with talented engineers, data scientists, and researchers to design and implement robust, highly scalable solutions using modern technology stacks. You will also act as a technical mentor, guiding the team in creating and extending orchestration and workflow systems to ensure scientific computing tasks are run in a stable, reproducible way.
- Build and extend a SaaS product for data science.
 - Collaborate with researchers and data scientists on computational workflows, analysis, and visualization.
 - Work closely with engineering and product leadership.
 - Create and enhance orchestration and workflow systems for reproducible scientific computing.
 - Deliver containerized, production-grade systems.
 - Contribute to clear, up-to-date documentation for developers and end-users.
 - Participate in Agile processes.
 - Provide technical mentorship to the engineering team.

- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
 - 5–7 years of professional programming experience.
 - Expertise in Python and proficiency in TypeScript plus one system programming language.
 - Strong SQL RDBMS knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
 - Experience with scientific or numerical methods (SciPy, NumPy, etc.).
 - Proven experience delivering containerized services with Kubernetes.
 - Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
 - Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Agile processes.
 - Ability to work across the stack, with a focus on either frontend (React) or backend (SQL, k8s, IaC).

Nice to have
- Experience in MLOps, DataOps, AIOps, or SciOps.
 - Hands-on with observability systems (OpenTelemetry, ELK, Datadog, Grafana, etc.).
 - Experience with process automation across cloud/HPC environments.
 - Knowledge of OAuth/IDCs and authentication/authorization systems.
 - Previous work with microservices and system scaling.
 - Contributions to open-source projects.
 - Background in full-stack web development (React, Node.js, Flask).
 - Experience with visualization libraries (Plotly Dash, D3).
 - Interest in advanced computational techniques (AI/ML, metaprogramming, deep learning).

- Work on meaningful, data-intensive projects with real scientific impact.
 - Collaborate with a highly skilled, interdisciplinary team.
 - Flexible schedule and remote-friendly culture.
 - Competitive compensation and regular performance reviews.
 - A culture built on autonomy, transparency, and continuous learning.
